- Creating and executing test plans for system and integration test, defect reporting and test automation while participating in day-to-day QA Activities
- Work with business analyst and SME's to create and analyze various required project documents
- Comply with standards and strategies of the software development life cycle
- Client interaction during test case walkthroughs, defect triage calls and Integration
- Extensive DB testing, building complex queries
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Associate's degree (or higher) and overall 4+ years of experience developing test cases, test scripts, manual testing, test automation and defect tracking using various tools such as ALM, Jenkins and Jira etc.
- 3+ years of experience creating, designing, and executing comprehensive tests plans
- 3+ years of experience with test automation tools like TestNG, Selenium, Maven, and Jenkins
- 3+ years of experience with defect tracking applications
- 3+ years of experience data testing SQL database query tools
- 3+ years of experience STLC and functionality, system, regression, integration, E2E
- Real time experience with LLM based AI tools like AI-SME, Test Case Generator, GitHub Copilot, and SQL Generator for test planning, scripting, and execution
- Proven experience with defect tracking applications
- Demonstrated ability to work Eastern or Central daytime hours. Experience of working in Agile methodologies, Test
- Excellent knowledge of quality assurance principles, techniques and tools
- Well-Versed in leveraging AI tools and technologies - including Python, Copilot, GenAI and NLP - to drive innovation and seamlessly integrate intelligent solutions into business processes
- Exposure to Web services Testing (SOAP and REST) and automating those
- Proven driven Development and Continuous Integration processes
- Proven good communication and presentation skills
