We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager who brings both proven performance and a passion for connecting people to memorable stays and experiences.
The Senior Sales Manager is a highly skilled sales professional and top producer who thrives in a fast-paced, lifestyle-driven hotel environment. This role is responsible for driving revenue through strategic direct sales, cultivating meaningful client relationships, and positioning Hyatt Centric Buckhead as the go-to destination for business, meetings, and social events in Atlanta.
What You'll Do:
- Drive revenue through proactive solicitation and closing of business across guest rooms, meeting space, and curated hotel experiences
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key and high-value accounts, identifying opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships
- Deliver engaging site tours and presentations that highlight the hotel's modern design, local character, and Buckhead location
- Develop and present strategic, tailored proposals while maintaining accurate records, reporting, and account activity in Hyatt systems
- Collaborate closely with sales, catering, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences
- Lead and participate in sales, event, and cross-functional meetings, while supporting departmental initiatives and special projects with the Director of Sales & Marketing

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Must have 3-5 years of hotel sales experience
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
- Must have selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training
