Growing together.We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled DevOps Platform Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and optimizing the DevOps toolchain, AI based components, and cloud infrastructure that supports our software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for automation, platform reliability, and best practices in support of Artifactory and enterprise pipelines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize DevOps tools including Artifactory
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of these platforms
- Develop automation tools and pipelines to streamline platform
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- Manage and monitor cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) used for hosting DevOps tools and services
- Optimize resource usage and cost efficiency
- Apply SRE principles to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and observability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and participate in incident and problem management, including on-call support
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer or equivalent hands-on experience producing code for production systems
- Hands-on experience with Artifactory, GitHub or similar tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Exposure to Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
- Solid development skills with Python
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Proven excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Future Looking Skills:
- Hands on experience with API's like OpenAI, Google Gemini and Hugging Face
- Good understanding of LLMs and generative models
- How to effectively create prompts to get desired output from generative models
- Proficiency with AI-Assisted Development Tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf/Amazon Code Whisperer etc.
