- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data insights
- Conduct data analyses to support AI model development, performance evaluation, and decision-making
- Assist in preparing datasets for AI/ML projects, including data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering
- Utilize SQL to query and analyze data from complex data models and databases
- Perform prompt engineering, testing, and validation for AI models, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Test and validate AI solutions using defined metrics to assess performance, accuracy, and reliability
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize AI model outputs and their business impact
- Work with data engineering teams to understand data pipelines and ensure data availability, quality, and consistency
- Contribute to documentation, including AI workflows, data dictionaries, and key insights from analyses
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and data analytics
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare domain, including working with clinical or patient datasets
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advance platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for AI integration, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance workflows and decision-making
- Proven excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Proven solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Data analysis and SQL development expertise
- 3+ years of experience working with structured and unstructured data
- 3+ years of Data engineering fundamentals (batch/streaming pipelines, data transformation)
- 2+ years of familiarity with AI/ML concepts and workflows
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI prompt engineering and testing
- 2+ years of proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- 2+ years of Python for data analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
