Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direction and drive to enterprise work streams (real estate, training, telecom technology, human capital, etc.) on all aspects of the business
• Ability to drive and program manage Internal Readiness across functions for setting up of new projects
• Ability to work with executive leadership. Understand strategic direction and provide solution
• Be responsible for programs for the line of service/business for the site
• Handle escalations for external and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrate solid leadership and judgment
• Negotiate key process change in introduce innovations for cost effective programs
• Change Management - Gain acceptance for ideas, plans, actions by team - by keeping everyone involved in decision making and implement, flawlessly, as a team
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ability to engage team members in a cross-functional, virtual environment
• Should be open to provide full US overlap hours. Till 4 PM EST
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Master's /Graduate degree
• Project management certification: PMP / Agile preferable ( PMP/CSM/Agile Safe/PGMP) is plus
• Professional Experience
  • 12 + years cross functional experience in Global sourcing industry with leading organizations
  • 6+ years experience in leading strategic program implementations
• Experience in key Program Management elements, estimation and planning, Risk Management, operating models etc.
• Should have experience in managing and being responsible for multiple portfolio's
• Should have experience in converting multiple demand items to actual strategic programs
• Should have people management experience
• Experience to solution enterprise programs and execute across the organization
• Ability to create work order (scope) and charter as required. Create and manage project plan, issue log, lessons learned, close document, failure mode and effects analysis (fmea), control plan, etc.
• Good collaboration and influencing skills
• Ability to work and execute in ambiguous/start from scratch environments
• Ability to create and coordinate new proposals to support growth for delivery organization
• Knowledge of project financials /CBA
• Proven excellent communication skills
• Sound Knowledge of Project Management tools
• Proven excellent Excel and Presentation skills

  • Skills necessary to document and maintain project documents - sometimes repackaging information into easy to understand modules
  • Ability to communicate the goals of the project to many different types/levels of stakeholder and obtain buy in (may be necessary to communicate across businesses and organizations)
• Collaborative leadership skills: Ability to establish supportive & collaborative relationships with peers, superiors and subordinates
• Understanding of Organizational policies and procedures for planning and executing large enterprise programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Experience
  • Exposure to working in Enterprise PMO units
• Exposure to Healthcare and/or healthcare operations experience
• Working Knowledge of Pricing Models like TBB /outcome based pricing
• Exposure to Agile methodology
• Exposure to automation work/tools/Project Management
