Server Driven UI Engineer Lead:

Builds intelligent, server-driven interfaces that dynamically adapt based on AI-generated recommendations. Responsible for the front-end experience of adaptive cards and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-driven UI frameworks.
• Integrate personalization and ranking results into UI components.
• Build reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Agent Developers for adaptive content rendering.

Skills Required:

• Strong in React, TypeScript, GraphQL.
• Experience in developing client-side rendering engine in Flutter (or similar framework) to interpret and render dynamic UI components defined by the server via JSON schemas or Adaptive Cards.
• Understanding of personalization, UX analytics, and accessibility.
• Cross Platform Development (iOS, Android etc)

Qualifications:

Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an appropriate
engineering discipline required.

Preferred Work Experience (years): Minimum of 8+ years of work experience or
5 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
