AI Agent Developer:

Develops autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, orchestrating workflows, and executing tasks across systems. Bridges LLM outputs with backend logic and APIs for self-operating workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Develop multi-agent orchestration pipelines using frameworks like LangGraph or Haystack.
• Develop and manage data pipelines and orchestration workflows for AI and ML models.
• Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for AI applications.
• Build agent communication interfaces and API integration layers.
• Implement context management, tool-use capabilities, and error recovery.
• Collaborate with Prompt Engineer and Model Engineers for reasoning consistency.

Skills required:

• Strong in Python, REST/gRPC, event-driven programming.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Good understanding of backend systems, orchestration, and microservices

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0 to 2 years of experience
  • Quantitative and problem solving skills
