- Full Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
- Build and consume RESTful and microservices-based APIs
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Ensure secure, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Backend Development
- Implement business logic using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- AI Tool Usage
- Utilize AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, code analyzers) for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and documentation
- Apply AI tools to improve test coverage, code quality, and productivity
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies relevant to software development
- QA Automation & Testing
- Design and implement automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing
- Develop automated tests using tools such as Selenium
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases
- DevOps & Collaboration
- Work with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience with databases, version control systems (Git), and build tools (Maven/Gradle)
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding and testing tools
- Solid experience with React.js and modern frontend development
- Solid experience in QA automation and test-driven development
- Solid proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Proven excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to performance testing and security testing
- Knowledge of LLM integration or AI-based application features
