Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Implement and maintain database security measures
• Develop and execute database scripts, stored procedures, and functions
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
• Work within the Agile methodology to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in SQL database development
• 2+ years of experience in Data analysis
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization
• Solid understanding of database design principles and best practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams
• Proven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven solid communication and collaboration skills
• Proven highly accountable and self-motivated
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in SQL or database management
• Experience with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database)
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases
