- Design, build, and operate secure cloud platform services and software that meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications
- Implement front-end solutions using React, TypeScript
- Develop backend applications using JavaScript, Python, and SQL databases
- Use AI in your daily work to ramp up efficiency and roll out AI capabilities into existing reporting platform solution
- Demonstrate experience with the full development life cycle for large-scale software products, including extensive knowledge of service-oriented architectures, design patterns, data, and web services
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other engineers and offshore/global teams
- Understand product, project, and consumer priorities and follow Agile methodologies to deliver features within the specified timeline
- Independently perform coding and unit testing, and assist/mentor team members as needed, including conducting code reviews
- Adhere to code quality standards, development best practices, and deliver defect-free code
- Partner with the business and enterprise architecture team to understand requirements and design/develop end-to-end solutions
- Practice agile solution delivery and influence teams towards engineering best practices, such as DevOps, CI/CD, and everything-as-code
- Understand performance parameters, debug, fix application performance issues, and address/resolve operations tickets within guided SLAs
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python, Javascript, SQL Database, Docker/Kubernetes, GitHub
- 3+ years of experience with Agile/lean development practices
- 2+ years of experience with Cloud environments and architecture, preferably Azure or GCP
- Experience in automation of CI/CD and source control systems such as Git
- Proficient engineering experience in building infrastructure using code (Terraform) and repeatable designs
- Proficient use of AI tools for developers
