'Drive the application of modern software engineering practices to improve team delivery and solution outcomes.Champion the implementation of instrumentation and diagnostics to support maintainability and operations.
Apply broad knowledge of the domain to optimize choices in architecture and design.
Lead the team in identifying and implementing modern components, tools, and technologies.
Champion an ''automation first'' mentality throughout engineering and operations practices.
Lead the implementation of software solutions.
Drive code reuse and contribution strategy for the span of control, minimizing redundant development.* * Provide accurate and timely estimates for tasks
Conduct peer code reviews to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution'
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Fully proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant backend programming languages.

Solid knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and Cosmos DB profiling/performance tuning.
Experience with frontend development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and modern web technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
Version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Git Actions)'
'Microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Azure Cloud Engineering, CI/CD, Microservice background, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Tools (e.g., Terraform)
Identity and Access Management experience.
Directory Services Development, Authentication, and Provisioning experience.
Test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks
Requirements and technical specification documentation experience
Experience working in the healthcare industry or other regulated environments'
