The Component Supply Planning team plays a pivotal role within the Zebra Global Supply Planning organization with a primary focus on optimizing the supply of components used in Zebra products. Our mission is to establish collaborative end-to-end planning partnership with both internal stakeholders and external multi-tier suppliers. The team manages key supply planning programs such as BTS ( BuySell team), Strategic Inventory, Supply Assurance process, and the Component Slow Moving Inventory Sales programs.

We are seeking an candate to join our BTS team and help realize our mission and expand our footprint across APAC supplier base. In this role, you will utilize existing tools and processes to support Part Shortage Management process, and drive improvements of delivery performance of Tier 2 suppliers. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the Zebra supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• PO management
• Data management
• Working in Siebel, Oracle system
• Active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders ( GSP planners, T1 suppliers, T2 suppliers, transport agents, procurement, CSP planners, finance)
• Active participation in the weekly calls with procurement and CSP team
• Provide operational support
• Drive execution of dual/ multi source in alignment with Procurement strategy
• Achieve operational goals for key metrics

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience
• International Supply Chain experience in service and/or
  manufacturing a plus
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Oracle knowledge a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
