Specializes in Android applications integrated with cloud-based SaaS solutions. The role focuses on analyzing and resolving customer incidents, addressing complex technical issues, and supporting updates to enhance user experience.
Position is not a mere support role it is the knowledge base of the highest rank that our customers and partners can get.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze product failure data and implement engineering solutions for post-release changes and customer-reported issues.
- Support operational teams in identifying root causes and resolving product performance problems. Share failure data with quality assurance and other internal functions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality within systems. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to identify data issues, develop improvement strategies, and implement governance practices.
Key Duties:
- Resolve critical issues by developing and deploying hotfixes.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
- Assist with minor updates/enhancements to improve user experience.
- Generate user data reports for internal and external customers.
- Monitor data quality metrics to identify inconsistencies and develop data cleaning processes for accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate data quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Generate and document regular reports on data quality metrics, validation efforts, and improvements.
- Support data validation, testing, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Apply technical and quality improvements based on analysis results.
- Ensure engineering changes are approved and documented for team use.
- Provide technical leadership and define requirements for new tools to solve complex problems.
- Initiate collaboration and build relationships across disciplines and teams.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
- Coordinate activities of team members and interact with management and senior customer personnel for cross-organizational coordination.
- Lead projects and represent the organization in customer interactions.
- Develop and implement design and process improvements for existing products and document changes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ year experience in Client facing Technical Production Support Experience
- Experience with Cloud Data, Big Data, Apache Beam/Google Dataflow, Spark, ETL and Google Big Query, Google FireBase
- Experience with Python, Java and Kotlin
- Experience with API Testing and Postman.
- Experience with Postgres SQL, MySQL
- Experience with OAuth, JSOZ, SAML or with SSO in general
- Knowledge of Android frameworks, and libraries and experience with Android debugging tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- ETL expereince
- Experience with Cloud platforms like GCP or AWS, Azure is plus
- Exposure to Python, Gradle, Cloud Functions and Microservices architecture is a plus.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, especially GCP Firebase/Firestore, Cloud Bigtable, or other cloud-native data stores is a plus.
- Experience with BI tools like Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau or Power-BI, or Sisense
- GCP Certification
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with Internet of Things (IoT)
- Experience with MDMs such as SOTI, Work Space One, 42Gears or InTune
