In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Regional Operations teams, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. Qualifications
The VP, Global Asset Management & Owned Operations, is a Hyatt leader responsible for the oversight, governance, and value creation of the company's equity interests across its owned, leased, and joint-venture hotel portfolio. Reporting directly to the SVP, Global Asset Management and Owned Operations, this role unifies responsibilities previously split between Asset Management and Operations, providing holistic oversight to investment performance, hotel operations, capital planning, and partner engagement.
• Provide direct real estate portfolio strategic oversight of owned and JV hotels globally, ensuring alignment with Hyatt's brand identity and performance standards.
• Develop and execute lifecycle strategies, including hold/sell analysis, market readiness, and asset positioning.
• Lead operational performance for owned/leased assets in the Americas, ensuring guest experience, labor strategy, brand compliance, and margin delivery.
• Evaluate and prioritize capital projects, ensuring ROI thresholds are met and investments reinforce Hyatt's brand promise.
• Partner with Design & Construction on large-scale projects, ensuring delivery against time, cost, and quality expectations.
• Support diligence, underwriting, and execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and capital transactions.
Experience Required:
• 15+ years in senior leadership across asset management, hotel operations, and/or real estate finance
Experience Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred

The salary range for this position is $181,500 - $242,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
