What You'll Do
As a Plant Lab Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of materials used to build roads and infrastructure across the region.
Perform lab testing on construction materials, including Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA)
Follow established quality control procedures and testing standards
Analyze test data and help identify and correct quality issues
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Calibrate, clean, and maintain lab equipment
Support continuous improvement and team development
What We're Looking For
We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in their work.
High school diploma or equivalent
NECEPT certification or prior quality control/construction experience (preferred, not required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between plant locations
Work Environment & Expectations
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment:
