IRC studies thousands of students and professionals across the country to bring our members (Fortune 1000 companies) insight into the student mindset and the most successful strategies in recruiting.

Company History

IRC is a consultancy started about 6 years ago by two Princeton undergrads who wanted to help better the world of work. Our work, in short, is research to advise top companies on the best practices in talent management and university recruiting. After the first first year our membership was 25, mostly Fortune 200 companies, and now only 4-5 years later we're up to 200+ members across our two memberships and growing fast. It has been fascinating work and growing our team is something we're really excited about! I'd love to tell you more about it.

Unlimited PTO: At Ivy Research Council all full-time employees are enrolled in our unlimited paid time off policy. We encourage all team members to take at least 2 weeks annually. To request days off you’ll just work with your direct manager to ensure coverage for your team, once approved by your manager all requests will need to be submitted through Gusto for final approval.

Medical, Dental and Vision: IRC covers 80% of the monthly premiums on our company sponsored medical plan which you will receive details on in a separate email. IRC also covers 75% of the monthly premiums for our Dental plan. Finally, we offer a Vision plan

Annual Career Development Stipend: Each employee has access to a $1,000 annual stipend to use towards any career development initiative that will benefit your ability to excel in your role and to help IRC as a whole.

Flexible Work Schedule: At IRC we are output oriented vs hours oriented, we allow all IRC team members to have ownership over their schedule working together with their team and manager.

10 Paid Company Holidays & Mandatory Monthly Mental Health Days Off: As company we celebrate and take off for 10 major holidays throughout the year. When a holiday falls on a Saturday, we take Friday off and then a holiday falls on a Sunday we take Monday off.

Internal 12-Week Manager Training Program for all People Managers : We are a Growth Mindset company, we believe that continual training and career development is the key to not only an individual's success but the success of the entire team and the entire firm. Prior to taking on the responsibility of being a people manager at IRC you will have an equitable starting place where all IRC managers receive the same training, tools and resources.

Company Socials: We are big on organized fun and host multiple events throughout the year to promote connections. This includes but it's not limited to: Regular Lunch & Learn sessions, Team Lunches and Happy Hours, Friday Lunch Game Days, Bake-Off Competitions and much more!
