The Hyatt Shared Service Center provides accounting and customer support for over 200 Hyatt Hotels in North America and Latin America. The purpose of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor is to manage and support a team of AR Collection Agents, along with their assigned hotels. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all processes are performed with quality in a consistent and timely manner according to Hyatt's policy. This role will support the following:
- Provide AR support to hotel properties
- Each Agent will support an average of 4-6 hotels, depending on size
- Regularly contact customers, primarily via phone and e-mail regarding their open invoices with the hotel
- Provide duplicate invoice copies as needed
- Resolve customer billing disputes and/or escalate to supervisor/hotel as needed
- Some research and reconciliation may be needed
- Provide a high level of customer service to both our external and internal customers
- Promptly respond to all inquiries
- Other duties as may be assigned by managers
- Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs.
- Monday-Friday working and 8 hours, plus an hour off for lunch, somewhere between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, with weekend work on rare occasions Participation in employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits and industry conferences is expected

Qualifications
Experience
- 1 year Accounts Receivable (AR) or B2B Collections experience required
- 1-3 years customer service, administrative or accounting experience required
- Customer Service experience in one of the following industries a plus
- Human Resources
- Hospitality
- Accounting
- Commercial Oil & Gas
- Above-average written and oral communications skills
Computer Skills needed
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience
Education - High School diploma or equivalent
