Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.The Licensing Analyst role is responsible for a wide range of functions to ensure CVS facilities have the required licenses to allow for uninterrupted and compliant pharmacy operations.
This role will support our pharmacy business segments by completing various types of applications and other license-related functions specific to our pharmacy licenses. These categories require enhanced skills and competencies.
The Licensing Analyst works in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, engaging cross-functionally with various internal departments and field personnel, as well as interfacing with external agencies to maintain required licenses and ensure the successful completion of licensing tasks.
The Licensing Analyst may also provide support and guidance across multiple workstreams to ensure licensing projects are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

- Ability to manage workload and projects to meet business objectives
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make timely decisions and escalate as needed
- Maintenance of licensing databases and relevant information
- Perform other duties as requested by the licensing management team
- Provide support to other licensing staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products, including Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to set work priorities across multiple tasks
- Strong interpretive reasoning skills and commitment to work excellence
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, efficiently resolve issues, and interact with all levels of management
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while managing multiple urgent assignments alongside day-to-day responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to excellence and results-oriented performance, with a focus on improving departmental efficiency

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $44.99
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
