Position Summary

Join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a Business Analyst in Enterprise Integrations team. We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives. This role is ideal for college enrolled students(raising seniors) with strong analytical, research, and communication skills. The Business Analyst will work cross-functionally to analyze Enterprise Integrations operational and financial data, evaluate it, and provide actionable insights that improve performance and support organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate Enterprise Integrations operational insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational processes
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and management to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Help create financial reports with Project/Program spent within the Organization
• Ability to interpret operational and financial data and translate findings into Operational insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field (or expected graduation within 1 year)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Basic experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or Python)
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into Enterprise Integrations Operational insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in business analysis, operations, or data analytics
• Knowledge of database systems and querying (SQL)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and business intelligence concepts

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
