This is perfect for someone who enjoys technical claims, values flexible working, and wants to grow their career within a respected Construction and Engineering team.
The skills you will have when you apply:
- Self‑Motivation - You are proactive, organised and able to work independently using your own initiative.
- Claims Experience - You have hands‑on experience handling EL, PL, injury and property claims, managing your own caseload end to end.
- Clear Communication - You communicate confidently with colleagues, brokers, policyholders, claimants and other stakeholders.
- Legal Knowledge - You apply a solid understanding of current case law, legislation and liability in everyday decision‑making.
- Customer Focus - You deliver high standards of customer service and are willing to go the extra mile.
- Core Skills and Qualifications - You hold a clean driving licence, have strong keyboard and MS Office skills, and while insurance qualifications are desirable, relevant experience is equally valued.
