This role supports the Service Center to include researching returned mail, processing incoming and outgoing mail and vendor deliveries. Also, supports the Communication team with maintaining member forms.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of data entry experience
- Must be willing to go onsite M-F
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and web-based platforms
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of the day
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mail room equipment a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.46
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
