CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a District Asset Protection Leader! As a DAPL you will drive and support Asset Protection (AP) strategies, including initiatives for Shrink, Safety and Profit Protection . You will provide assistance and training to Field, Front Store & Pharmacy teams to address specific Asset Protection and/or Operational issues, as well as develop/support an AP Culture within an assigned span of control. You will achieve results by forging strong business relationships and working in a team environment to service internal and external customers. You will analyze information from various reporting tools to determine critical priorities for the assigned areas and provide objective, accurate and timely analysis of trends to operational field partners. You will align with business partners to identify priorities and achieve goals. You will work with Field Operations teams to define accountability and identify what needs be done to achieve the desired results. You will enforce AP and shrinkage control programs to protect assets from loss due to internal/external theft and operational compliance issues. You will provide timely follow up to ensure that plans and programs put in place are utilized and execution is achieved. You will communicate with field teams to provide feedback on overall progress of initiatives, course correcting when appropriate.
Candidate needs to be based in Washington.
Required Qualifications
5+ year's experience in retail management, including:
• Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time in Seattle and great Washington state
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
• Must possess personal vehicle which company deems reasonably reliable and is appropriately insured.
Preferred Qualifications
• LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) preferred.
• Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to build positive relationships at various levels throughout an organization.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and provide/accept constructive criticism.

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
Preferred: Bachelor Degree

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
