Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Analyst to support the Global Travel Retail (GTR) FP&A team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment within the premium spirits industry. You will work closely with wider Finance, Marketing and Customer Marketing team to maintain critical financial systems and database, support business reviews, and enhance reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Master data & System Management

• Maintain and ensure accuracy of financial databases and master data for GTR.

• Manage customer/product hierarchy databases and ensure timely updates.

• Support dashboard maintenance to keep reporting tools relevant and business-ready.

• Assist with monthly (including other key cycle submissions ie Budget, LE, Strat Plan) data loading or overlay submissions to V2V/SAC (or similar internal systems).

• Prepare charts and analysis for business reviews (e.g., GTR MBR, brand or BI reviews).

• Participate in process simplification and support system/tool enhancement or new tool initiatives.

2. Brand Investment (BI) Management

• Support BI spend consolidation and variance analysis; Drive forecast accuracy and monitor tracking

• Prepare monthly BI journals, including manual accruals and reclassification entries.

• Build and maintain monthly BI dashboards (power BI)/trackers to support customer marketing and finance stakeholders.

3. Other Responsibilities

• Track, consolidate, and maintain contract status information for customers.

• Support OPEX and T&E reporting and variance analysis.

• Provide ad-hoc analysis to help the team drive performance insights.

• Support project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools (Power BI)

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

• Curious mindset with willingness to learn and improve processes.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively manage and manipulate large amounts of data to create actionable insights.

• Good communication and teamwork skills
