SummaryAndaz Miami Beach is seeking an energetic, service-driven F&B Manager for Pool, Beach & A-Z Club. This leader will oversee all food and beverage operations across our pool and beach areas as well as our exclusive A-Z membership club. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
In this role, you will:
- Lead the daily operations of the pool, beach, and A-Z Club F&B operation, ensuring seamless service and a vibrant guest atmosphere.
- Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team to uphold Andaz service standards.
- Partner with culinary, bar, and resort leadership to execute high-quality service and seasonal programming.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and implement improvements that elevate the overall experience.
- Oversee scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Drive revenue through upselling, creative activations, and exceptional service delivery.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of F&B management experience required, luxury, lifestyle, resort, or high-volume outdoor dining environment preferred.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Physically agile, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.
- Full scheduling flexibility, including the ability to work weekends, holidays, and a varied schedule based on business needs.
- A proactive, guest-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
