Overview

Food and Beverage responsibilities are train, mentor and support staff to deliver high-quality hospitality. Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, collaborate with management on promotions, events, and concerns professionally and efficient, handle guests concerns promptly and efficient.

Responsabilites

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, ensurinn all standards are followed.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation in all F&B outlets.
• Supervise, train, and support F&B staff, including seervers, bartenders, and support team members.
• Create and manage staff schedules based on business levels.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and disiplinary action when necessary.
• Ensure complaince with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
