We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager with a minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in resort, residential, or hospitality operations, with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, exceeding budget targets, and implementing scalable operational processes across complex, multi-unit environments.
The ideal candidate brings proven success in developing and executing strategic business plans that consistently outperform financial objectives, improve operational efficiency, and maximize owner returns. This leader will have deep expertise in P&L oversight, revenue optimization, cost control, and long-range capital planning , with a history of delivering measurable financial and operational results.
This role requires a leader who has successfully:
- Exceeded annual revenue and EBITDA targets through proactive business development, pricing strategy, and operational discipline
- Built and implemented standardized processes that improve performance, drive consistency, and scale across multiple properties or associations
- Led growth initiatives , including acquisition of new management contracts, HOA partnerships, or expansion of rental inventory
- Managed large, multi-layered teams while maintaining accountability and high performance across operations, finance, sales, and property management
- Delivered complex capital projects on time and on budget , aligning stakeholder expectations with financial outcomes
The General Manager must demonstrate strong financial acumen paired with operational leadership , balancing guest experience, owner satisfaction, and profitability. A history of operating in luxury or upper-upscale resort environments , preferably within seasonal or ski resort markets, is strongly preferred.
Key Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, resort, or residential property management
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals and managing to or outperforming budget expectations
- Demonstrated success in process development, operational scalability, and performance optimization across multi-unit or multi-association portfolios
- Strong experience with full P&L ownership , including forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance management
- Experience driving business growth through acquisitions, partnerships, or portfolio expansion
- Expertise in capital planning and project execution , including large-scale renovations or property improvements
- Experience influencing ownership groups, HOA boards, and key stakeholders to achieve strategic and financial objectives
- Strong leadership background managing cross-functional teams in operations, finance, sales/marketing, and property management
- Experience in vacation rental, condominium, or HOA management environments strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Colorado CCIOA and HOA governance is a plus
