About the Role

This position is responsible for the oversight of the daily golf operations, outside services, and tournament functions. Specific responsibilities include: coordinating group golf events, assisting the Catering and Sales staffing any golf related functions, participating in pre-conference meetings. Assisting in the hiring and training of any Golf related staff. Providing competent golf instructions to all groups and individuals, regardless of their level of play. Assisting in the budgeting process. Assisting in buying apparel, equipment, and accessories. Demonstrating skills in human and public relations.

Wage Information:

The expected salary range for the position is $73,000 - $90,000

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to teach group and individual lessons
• Ability to portray the image required of a Golf Professional
• Service oriented
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in golfers and their pursuit of the game
• Dedication to the game of golf and determination to achieve Class A status
• Computer and basic accounting skills
• Can do, positive spirit!
