SummaryJoin us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Rooms team as a Guest Experience/VIP Manager at Grand Hyatt Kauai located in Poipu, Hawaii.
The Guest Experience/VIP Manager will be a contact for elite members of Hyatt's Guest Loyalty Program. This guest service professional will provide a highly impressive service experience to VIP guests. This is a highly visible role within the hotel and offers the opportunity to exceed the highest level of guest satisfaction at Hyatt.
Salary Range - $$79,800 - $127,300

Qualifications
- Luxury hospitality mindset with impeccable attention to detail
- High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
- Operational experience in hotel or resort environments
- Strong leadership and team building abilities
- Calm decision-making skills and guest resolution
- Ability to serve diverse groups of guests/clientele
- Requires full flexibility, including the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays and a varied schedule
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, motivational leader, effective communicator and a passion in providing exceptional guest service
