Position Summary
This role serves as a day-to-day SME for operational and Medicare activities in support of the Director of Operations as well as the overall Market. Duties include, but are not limited to, assistance with the lifecycle of plans starting with ideation, to bid filing, to implementation and final readiness. Other duties include support of all regulatory and operational facets, in partnership with the national segment and/or local Market, to ensure timely and compliant rollout of all plans and benefits while also ensuring a seamless member experience.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ year's experience working with Medicare, Medicare Advantage
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skill
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
• Proficiency with Microsoft business software and in navigating multiple systems
• Strong analytical skills
• Intermediate Excel
• Comfortability with creating PowerPoint presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills (certification not required)
• Medicaid

Education
Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
