Aboutthe role

Ifyoujoinus, youwillhave a greatopportunitylearnthroughthisPAIDinternshiplasting 2,5months and youwillperformvarioustasks. Amongothers, youwillbe in touchwithprocess ofpayments, divide and accuratepreviouslyreceivedinstallments, investigatecompliancebackground of payments.Youwillalsoactivelycommunicatewithbanksand internalteamsinvestigating and resolvingdiscrepancies. Youwillbecome a part of anoutstanding team with team membersthatsupporteachother and help new-joinersassimilatequickly. Team spiritisnot just a phrasehere.

Key responsibilities:

Reviewing and validating outgoing payments via Compliance screening tool

• Processing of standard Triage requests in SAP based on the requestor's data

• Running regular control reports as per existing Guidelines

• Administrative tasks within Payments area

• Payment status controls, monitoring of payment processing in assigned tools

About You

Essentials

• Student of SecondaryEconomicSchool or SecondaryGrammarschool orstudent inUniversitydegreepreferably in thearea of finance, banking, accounting, economics

• Able to communicate in English fluently and see no challenge in writingemails or havingphoneconversations

• Familiarwith MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point) and havegoodverbal and written business socialskills

Nice to Haves

• Fluent in anyotherEuropeanlanguageisanadvantageforyou

• Experiencewithinfinance/accounting/payments department
