Position Summary

This high-impact role shapes some of CVS Pharmacy's most critical patient engagement moments, ensuring every interaction is seamless, transparent, and trust-building. You will lead the design and delivery of clear, effective customer communications that keep patients informed on order status, next steps, and resolution paths.

By partnering cross-functionally, you will quickly address exceptions and implement solutions tailored to diverse patient's needs, driving both exceptional customer experience and strong operational performance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail pharmacy and/or corporate environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading projects and delivering results in a matrixed organization.
• Experience owning a product area end-to-end, shaping the problem, setting a roadmap, and driving delivery through to measurable outcomes
• Strong ability to translate complex operational or technical scenarios into clear, actionable messaging
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with outbound messaging platforms and experimentation (segmentation, A/B testing)
• Strong ability to translate complex operational or technical scenarios into clear, actionable messaging
• Experience in digital engagement and loyalty programs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for leadership presentations.
• Advanced degree, e.g. MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD

Education

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
