Prodct Assrance Manager (m/f/d)

At the intersection of advanced engineering and mission sccess, we are looking for a Prodct Assrance Manager ready to take ownership in a fast-paced space environment.Yo will work alongside mltidisciplinary engineering teams to ensre the highest qality standards across complex space technology programs, from development throgh qalification and delivery. This role reqires technical leadership, decisive problem-solving, and the ability to drive qality in demanding project environments.
Yor Tasks

Drive implementation and compliance of Prodct Assrance and qality reqirements across space projects

Lead all Prodct Assrance activities throghot the complete project lifecycle

Act as the primary interface for qality-related topics with cstomers and sppliers

Drive implementation and compliance of qality reqirements across space projects

Coordinate cross-fnctional experts across all qality domains

Provide clear reporting and risk visibility to project and department leadership

Chair qality reviews, milestone reviews, and non-conformance review boards

Own non-conformance management and ensre timely root case analysis and corrective actions

Coordinate closely with engineering, manfactring, sppliers, cstomers, and project management teams

Plan and manage Prodct Assrance milestones inclding EQSRs, MRRs, TRRs, and QRs

Spport major program reviews inclding SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, MPCBs, PCBs, IRRs, TRBs, ARs, and DRBs

Develop adit strategies and spport internal and external adits

Yor Qalifications

Degree in Engineering, Physics, Science, or a comparable technical discipline

Experience in Prodct Assrance, Qality Engineering, Spplier Qality, or Mission Assrance within the space or aerospace sector

Strong nderstanding of complex engineering systems and development processes

Ability to manage mltiple high-priority topics simltaneosly in a dynamic environment

Excellent commnication and leadership skills with the ability to drive technical decisions across stakeholders

Confident leading technical discssions, reviews, and escalation meetings

Strctred, analytical, and detail-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership in high-responsibility environments

Bsiness flent in English; German is a pls

Willingness to travel internationally when reqired
