SummaryThe Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Regional Manager of Hotel Analytics to support financial operations and performance across a select group of managed hotels within a designated region. Reporting to the Director of Performance Optimization, this role combines operational finance oversight with analytical support, serving as a key business partner to hotel leadership and regional operations. In collaboration with the Regional Director of Finance, this role is assists in the accountable for driving profitability, operational performance, and compliance, while serving as a key business partner to RDOF, Field Operations leadership, and property-level Directors of Finance. The Regional Manager of Hotel Finance ensures financial integrity, supports hotel operations, and leads initiatives that enhance both performance and long-term value creation.
This position is ideal for a finance professional with strong hotel experience who is ready to expand their impact across multiple properties, contribute to regional strategy, and support data-driven decision-making.

The Role
The Regional Manager of Hotel Analytics plays a key supporting role in driving financial performance and operational alignment across a defined group of managed hotels. With a strong foundation in hotel finance and a sharp analytical mindset, this leader provides actionable insights, ensures financial discipline, and supports compliance across the region.
Reporting to the Director of Performance Optimization, the Regional Manger of Hotel Analytics acts as a connector between property-level finance teams and above-property leadership. Through a hands-on, service-oriented approach, they help translate strategy into execution, support hotel openings and transitions, and contribute to regional initiatives that enhance profitability and efficiency.
This role requires a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. While not the primary strategic lead, the Regional Manager of Analytics is a trusted partner who brings financial clarity and operational support to help hotels achieve their goals and uphold Hyatt's values.
Financial Oversight & Operational Support
- Partner with hotel Directors of Finance and General Managers to support financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
- Assist in resolving property-level control issues and ensuring compliance with internal policies and management agreements.
Regional Analytics & Performance Insights
- Conduct monthly financial reviews and trend analysis across assigned hotels.
- Support the Regional Director of Finance and Operations leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Assist in setting performance targets and evaluating progress against goals.
Compliance & Technical Guidance
- Ensure adherence to Hyatt's accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
- Provide guidance on cash management, capital expenditures, and audit readiness.
- Support hotels in understanding and complying with balance sheet reviews, AR compliance and World of Hyatt.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with regional and corporate teams in finance, tax, legal, HR, and operations to address hotel-specific needs.
- Participate in regional meetings, training sessions, and site visits to support hotel teams and foster alignment.
- Contribute to talent development efforts by mentoring finance leaders and supporting succession planning initiatives.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Support Regional DOF with oversight of assigned portfolio to ensure accounting principles are followed in all hotels, as well as compliance with management agreement terms, such as Management Fee calculation, Performance tests, F&E provisions, contracting authority and audit requirements
- Opportunities to participate in Hyatt's Inclusion activities
Qualifications
Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or non-related field with appropriate experience
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive hotel finance experience, including property-level leadership roles.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to travel regionally as required (40%-50%).
Experience Preferred:
• Experience with Oracle and Hyperion

The salary range for this position is $98,000-$125,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, monthly or quarterly incentives, etc.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
