What We're Looking For:
Takes ownership of assigned portfolio of Supplies (Themal Transfer Ribbon, Labels, and RFID Tags), and / or solutions sales for assigned end-user account(s) or territory. Develops and executes sales strategy for these assigned account(s) or territory. Develop strong relationships with key customer contacts and leverages to Zebra's advantage. Create and deliver high impact sales presentations and capable of product training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies for mid-sized accounts, aligning with overall business goals.
• Act as a lead for ad-hoc teams, driving moderate-sized deals to completion.
• Provide insights into customer operations and strategies to position offerings effectively.
• Solve routine customer challenges with support from technical resources, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accountability for meeting revenue targets and managing personal expenses.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in sales or business operations.
• Minimal travel required; mostly office-based.
Key Skills and Competencies:
• Solid understanding of solution selling and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with broader teams.
• Knowledge of customer operational strategies and competitive landscapes.
