Carries out and facilitates Scrum events, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, supporting the Product Owner, and driving continuous improvement. Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum framework, creating a conducive environment for the team's success, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
- Coach Scrum teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, fostering self-organization, continuous learning, and a strong Agile mindset across the organization
- Monitor team performance by interpreting Agile metrics and reporting frameworks, delivering insights on productivity, velocity, quality, and overall progress
- Design and implement tools and processes to evaluate Scrum adoption, drive continuous improvement, and enhance team effectiveness
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and serve as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment
- Develop and manage communication, documentation, and knowledge-sharing strategies (e.g., wikis, tools) while incorporating stakeholder feedback into process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of scrum master or project management experience
- Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and sound decision-making
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute within a team environment
- Strong growth mindset, with a focus on agility and continuous development of self and others
- Ability to execute and deliver results, including effective planning, implementation, and ongoing support
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Experience with AI related projects
- Master's Degree
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
