About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment.

In this role, you will support manufacturing processes, equipment, quality, and continuous improvement activities. You will work with cross-functional teams to help resolve production issues, improve process performance, and ensure manufacturing operations remain safe, efficient, and compliant.

What You'll Do

As Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

- Support day-to-day manufacturing operations by monitoring process performance and helping to resolve equipment or process issues.

- Assist with process improvements to enhance safety, quality, yield, and efficiency.

- Work with operations, quality, maintenance, and other support teams to implement practical engineering solutions.

- Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for process or equipment issues.

- Support validation, change control, and documentation activities in line with site quality requirements.

- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and support the introduction of new equipment or process changes as needed.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

- A bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Automation, or a related Engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 2+ years of engineering work experience post qualification.

- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a wider team.

- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across functions.

- Good attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and compliance.

- A practical approach to analysing issues and supporting improvements in manufacturing performance.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€52,400.00 - €82,915.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees' and companies' performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
