YOUR TASKS

Your Responsibilities In theProgram Management of the Body Control Modules product group within theElectronics division, you will take on international projects, including Profit& Loss responsibility, and align your business case with strategic considerations.

• You will lead interdisciplinary and intercultural teams in complex development projects, including participating in team composition decisions
• Your objectives include ensuring the achievement of goals regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
• In collaboration with your customers, you will define project requirements, continuously optimizing them with your core team as part of ongoing improvements
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for project management throughout the entire project duration
• You will independently negotiate technical changes with customers, including their commercial impact and timeline
• You will implement escalation scenarios in case of target deviations and continuously ensure that defined technical and quality standards are adhered to during development

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• A completed degree in engineering or industrial engineering and several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the automotive sector
• Experience in SYS, HW, or SW development
• High resilience, determination, and assertiveness
• Flexibility towards changing tasks
• Leadership and decision-making skills, strong analytical abilities, as well as conceptual and creative thinking
• Enjoy working in an international environment combined with corresponding international mobility • Very good German
• Fluent English and business fluent German language skills
