Sr Specialist in PEA team is responsible for setting up and maintaining the debited plan or participant fees, onetime fees, and ongoing fee/billing rules. This role also may require doing quality check of the work done by internal and external team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Completes processing steps as documented within standard operating procedures.
• Research issues identified using the EASY system, working with case managers, relationship managers and others as needed. This includes making recommendations for corrective actions to resolve issues identified.
• Participates in adhoc projects within team as needed.
• Escalate all issues promptly and effectively to supervisor.
• Delivering superior results quickly and efficiently, utilizing effective time management skills.
• Responding to any emails or queries related to process from internal stakeholders.
• Role requires associates to perform quality checks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting is a must.
• 4 to 6 years of total experience in any financial related services preferred.
• Experience of Quality Check is preferred.
• Detail oriented and able to work on research-oriented tasks within prescribed deadlines.
• Basic understanding of 401K will be added advantage.
• Strong analytical/problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
• Eye to detail, candidature with strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
