Lead the SAP Retail Systems application development team responsible for Accounts Payable, Inventory Accounting, and Physical Inventory Reconciliation (PIR). Drive the transformation from ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with Retail Finance business needs. Manage a blended team of FTEs and consultants (onshore/offshore), deliver innovative solutions, and explore emerging technologies like AI to optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the roadmap for SAP Retail systems, including ECC → S/4 migration.
- Team Management: Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing team of engineers and consultants across geographies.
- Solution Delivery: Translate Retail Finance requirements into SAP functional and technical designs for Finance, AP, Inventory Accounting, and PIR.
- Innovation: Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities to improve reconciliation and controls.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with Retail Finance business and cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment.
- Governance: Maintain compliance, documentation, and audit readiness throughout transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in SAP Retail with strong functional and technical expertise in ECC or S/4HANA
- 5+ years managing teams and vendor partners.
- Proven experience leading strategic projects and transformations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP: FICO, AP, Inventory Accounting, and PIR processes.
- Good understanding of dev tools like ABAP, FIORI & BTP
- Have experience working with systems that process high volume of data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Master data and Central Finance integrations.
- Familiarity with Reporting tools like BOBJ, BW, SAC..

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
