**TRAVEL REQUIRED**
As a key member of the enterprise pharmacy talent acquisition team, the Pharmacy Campus Recruiter helps CVS Health fulfill its ambition to be America's most trusted health care company and its purpose to simplify health care, one person, one family, one community at a time. As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring pharmacy talent from universities and colleges to support the organization's proactive staffing needs. You will own the end-to-end campus recruiting process, from candidate attraction through offer acceptance, while building and nurturing student talent pipelines, coordinating campus partnerships and events, and representing CVS Health's employer brand across all recruiting activities.
In this role, you will leverage recruiting technology and data to manage candidate pipelines, support timely and compliant hiring outcomes, and provide insight into campus market trends. You will engage closely with hiring managers, students, and campus partners to deliver a positive candidate experience and ensure consistent, fair, and effective campus hiring practices.
Job Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruiting from Attraction to Offer Acceptance
- Own the full recruiting process from candidate attraction and application through verbal offer acceptance and final offer acceptance.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for available positions.
- Serve as a key point of coordination with hiring managers to ensure timely interview completion and consistent, fair candidate assessment and selection in accordance with hiring guidelines.
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and data privacy requirements, maintaining accurate and compliant documentation throughout the hiring process.
- Track and monitor recruiting activity and outcomes to support timely hiring, pipeline health, and a positive candidate experience.
Pipeline Development & Nurturing
- Leverage CRM capabilities to nurture leads through accurate status updates, optimize candidate records, and proactively identify and add new prospects to recruiting projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with external student pharmacists and foreign pharmacy graduates through a variety of channels, including texting, email, and social recruiting.
- Build, own, and maintain relationships with career services offices and student organizations to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with campus ambassadors to execute recruiting strategies and support student engagement events where ambassadors represent CVS Health.
Campus Partnership & Events
- Own end-to-end campus recruitment event coordination and develop a calendar of hiring events and career fairs within the allocated budget.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality campus recruiting events and information sessions, effectively presenting to student audiences and representing CVS Health in a professional and engaging manner.
- Attend and facilitate live and virtual recruiting events or CVS Health information sessions.
- Respond knowledgeably to student questions regarding CVS Health's culture, pay and benefits, career paths and development opportunities, sustainability, and related topics.
Employer Brand & Marketing
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting CVS Health's culture, values, and employer brand across all campus recruiting activities, while championing community pharmacy as an innovative and rewarding career path.
- Promote CVS Health's participation in recruiting events through social media platforms, the CRM, other recruiting platforms, and college outreach channels, engaging with students before, during, and after events.
- Utilize approved marketing materials to educate students about job opportunities and communicate CVS Health's employer value proposition.
Technology, Data, & Reporting
- Manage candidates through the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring timely progression from application to hire with accurate documentation and consistent follow-up.
- Maintain the Airtable database with accurate and up-to-date candidate pipeline data and related recruiting information to support reporting integrity, visibility, and planning.
Market Insight & Improvement
- Stay current on best practices in student engagement, outreach channels, and generational preferences, and apply these insights to improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Provide input on campus market trends, candidate availability, and pipeline health to support proactive staffing and recruiting planning.
**TRAVEL REQUIRED**
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel (including plane travel) up to 50% and attend evening and weekend events as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, human resources, college admissions, event planning, or related transferable experience in sourcing, recruiting, or hiring.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of interview assessment techniques, including behavioral-based interviewing.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Kenexa, Workday, or Taleo.
- Experience with candidate relationship management systems such as Phenom.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience providing customer service to internal or external clients, including meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms.
- Knowledge of social recruiting and employer branding strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail with effective organizational and time management skills.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience may substitute.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
