We are looking for a Tech PMO to support large-scale commercial transformation and IT initiatives in an international environment. You will play a key role in coordinating program governance, managing vendor collaboration, and supporting CRM and platform transformation projects. This position requires strong communication and facilitation capabilities, particularly within Japanese-speaking client environments.
Your missions

• Support program governance activities across commercial transformation and IT workstreams.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and ensure alignment with architecture and integration roadmaps.
• Contribute to CRM transformation initiatives and support the rollout of the Dynamics 365 products .
• Promote and drive Agile ways of working across teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project documentation including:
  • RAID logs
  • Risks and action plans
  • Decision tracking
  • Integration and architecture notes
• Facilitate meetings and workshops while ensuring discussions remain focused and actionable.
• Manage and monitor project backlogs, ensuring pending topics and action items are properly tracked.
• Support data integration planning and system implementation lifecycle activities.
• Provide PMO structure and operational support to internal IT coordinators.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between business, IT, and external partners.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience as a Tech PMO within large-scale IT or commercial transformation programs.
• Proven experience with CRM transformation projects, platform launches, and complex system integrations.
• Good understanding of:
  • Data integration processes
  • System implementation cycles
  • Architecture alignment principles
• Experience working in multi-vendor and international environments.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation capabilities.
• Very strong Japanese communication skills in client-facing environments.
• English proficiency is considered a plus due to collaboration with Vietnam-based leadership teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and transformation environments is highly appreciated.
