The Customer Success, Software Sales & Services (CSS&S) Team is seeking visionary Product Owner to join our VisibilityIQ (VIQ) Foresight Portfolio Management team.
The Customer Success, Software Sales & Services (CSS&S) Team are seeking a visionary Product Owner to join our VisibilityIQ (VIQ) Foresight Portfolio Management team. This team is at the heart of Zebra's strategy, responsible for defining our service offerings and driving their development, launch, and adoption to enhance customer experience and grow our market share.

This role is based in our modern Brno office and follows a hybrid working model, which requires you to be on-site three days per week. Occasional travel may be required for key events or customer visits, but it is not a frequent expectation.

Responsibilities:

• Product Owner role within the VisibilityIQ (VIQ) Foresight SaaS Analytics and Insights platform team, working cross-functionally with our Online Tools Teams including the Zebra Repair Portal and E-Bonding platforms.
• Working collaboratively with Product Management and Engineering teams on feature definition, development, launch, and support.
• Develop and present the business case for new capability offerings by analyzing market, competitor, and customer data.
• Own the end-to-end product life cycle, from service offer definition and requirements gathering (using Zebra's NSI process) to end-of-life planning.
• Manage and priorities the product backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements for the development team.
• Oversee the financial performance of your product lines, including pricing, cost targets, and reporting on key business metrics (IBP).
• Collaborate with development teams to guide new service creation, manage beta testing, and execute launch plans.
• Engage with customers through Voice of the Customer (VOC) activities and product demos, and work with internal stakeholders to drive product delivery and iteration.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree (field is flexible)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or related roles involving the full software development life cycle
• Demonstrated experience in product life cycle management, business case development, and market analysis
• Experience with SaaS products, product ownership in software development, familiarity with Android or Zebra device ecosystems is preferred
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for a business audience
• A customer-centric approach and a passion for creating value

Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
